
It’s that time of year again to “spring forward” and change our clocks to Central Daylight Time. At 2:00 AM this coming Sunday, March 13th, our clocks will move forward one hour, unfortunately causing us to lose an hour of sleep. Doing so not only gives us more daylight hours in the summertime but reportedly saves on electricity! Make sure to set your clock before you dose off to sleep on Saturday night or just enjoy sleeping in.
