The Big Rock Blue Marlin Fishing Tournament is a 9 day non-profit fishing tournament and event which takes place in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina raising money for charities and other beneficial organizations. The competition attracts hundreds of fisherman competing for several cash prizes; last year’s purse amounted to $1.6 million dollars. However, even if you are not an avid angler there are activities and events for everyone which include pig outs and bbqs, a women’s fashion show, and several other parties. So come out and bring the whole family for some fun and festivities while also raising money for great charities and organizations.
