
Summer is filled with family outings, weekend trips and triathlons! It seems almost backwards – isn’t summer supposed to be the season when life slows down a bit? It’s the time for BBQ’s, picnics, relaxing by the pool but this summer my life has hit fast forward. For example, I can’t tell you how many times I have sat down to write this blog and have been interrupted. And then I was almost done writing it and accidentally erased it. Needless to say computers are not my forte!
Life has been busy lately and I have a lot of good news I want to share with you. The good news is that I have managed to get my workouts in early in the morning and I’m feeling strong and in control of my training. The Nautica NYC Triathlon is only 54 days away so it’s time to increase my biking and running mileage! Got to be ready for those NYC hills! I’m getting my own TV show on the Live Well Network!!! I will share more details in my upcoming blogs, so stay tuned. I also released a couple of workout mixes that can be downloaded from iTunes as part of my Believe It, Be It series. Check them out at apple.com/itunes.
Lastly, Biggest Loser, Season 11 winner Olivia Ward is going to race the Nautica NYC Triathlon, August 7th!!! I’m so excited to be competing with a fellow Biggest Loser winner. It’s going to be a fantastic event and I can’t wait!
