Sustainable Seafood

“There are only so many fish in the sea” reads a banner on the Monterey Bay Aquarium: Seafood Watch home page. And you know what, it’s true! Especially during the summer when seafood sales skyrocket, the amount of life in our oceans cannot keep up with our consumption levels. Fortunately, restaurants and organizations around the world are supporting the efforts of eating sustainable seafood. So we have gathered a list of sustainable seafood restaurants across the country as well as some recipes for you to try at home. This way, we can enjoy sea life and eat it too!
