Christmas is here. This weekend friends and families will gather together to cook, laugh, eat, drink, and wait with anticipation for Santa to come. This year, we asked five Nautica employees about their favorite Christmas Eve traditions. Here are their answers.

On Christmas Eve, my son and I read The Night Before Christmas. We’ve been doing it since he was born and it’s a tradition I look forward to all season.
Annie, accounting
We celebrate my two brother’s birthdays (they were both born December 24th, five years apart). We order pizza and spend the evening relaxing and enjoying each other’s company.
Alex, marketing
I spend every Christmas Eve with my sisters and brothers. We lounge around in our flannel pajamas while watching The Simpsons Christmas. It doesn’t get better than that.
Paul, design
I have a big, Italian family and on Christmas Eve, the 40 of us get together to celebrate Christmas. My brother, Eric, is the chef in the family and for years he’s served frutti de mare with large loaves of semolina. It’s my favorite dinner of the year. After everyone’s eaten, we head out back and play bocce in my uncle’s bocce barn. I never win, but it’s a blast.
Kristen, human resources
The past five years, my family has volunteered at a local soup kitchen on Christmas Eve. It helps us all appreciate what we have and it’s time spent together.
