Mast Brothers Chocolate

Handcrafted chocolates have become a sought after delicacy and some of the best is produced in Williamsburg, Brooklyn by the Mast Brothers who import all of their chocolate ingredients by boat from farmers in South America. Brothers Michael and Rick Mast believe two things about making chocolate, use the best ingredients in the world and have great execution. The Mast Brothers began selling their chocolate bars at local Brooklyn artist markets and now operate a chocolate factory and tasting room on North 3rd in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Since the East River and New York Harbor are only three blocks from the Mast Brother’s chocolate factory, they decided to use the location to their advantage and import all of their cocoa beans from farms in the Dominican Republic, Belize, and other places near the equator by boat! They are even inviting interested parties to join them this April for a week of chocolate in Belize. Learn more here.
